The main integration processes in Asia Pacific concerning the participation of Russia are considered in the article. The evaluating of incorporating of the Russian Far East into existing system of the economic relations in this region of the world is assessed. The perspective effects of interactions for national economy with the main partners in APEC are determined.

The multidimensional diagnostic prediction algorithm of tendency toward the colleagues of the enforcement bodies delinquent behavior is developed on the basis of this information.

The dependent behavior is a form of deviation gating behavior with the formation of desire to escape from the reality by artificially changing their mental state by taking the certain substances or the permanent fixation of attention on the certain types of activities, which focused on the development and maintenance of intense emotions. The criteria and models of addictive behavior and its age specificity are described. It is proved that the dependent behavior leads to the social and psychological maladjustment of the individual and has a pronounced age-appropriate. The main prevention directions of addictive behavior were proved.

The article is about the theoretical analysis of the concept "self-identification" from the positions of philosophy, psychology and sociology. The authors had analyzed the features of formation and the content of self-identification, designated signs and types of the social identity, considered the factors influencing the identification. They tried to make the analysis of aspects of self-identification of the youth as a social group.

The paper is devoted to the development of industrial and scientific-technical base of the shipbuilding in the Khabarovsk Territory during the eighth five-year plan. Technical upgrading and the implementation of new technologies and the work organization are shown by the authors on particular examples.

The article has deal with the problems of development of electric power industry in the Russian Far East during the revolution and the Civil war. This article shows that during the war and military intervention the power industry sector was heavily damaged in the region. The author comes to the conclusion that the civil war almost for a decade stopped development of the power industry of the Far East, and that had a very negative impact on the further development of the region.

In this article the sociological approach to the studying of migratory potential of the graduates of the Far-Eastern higher education institutions is discussed. The analysis of sociological research as a result of which the features of migratory installations of the student's youth of the Far-Eastern higher education institutions are revealed is given.
