Abstract
The article considers the questions of the state personnel policy in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). Special attention is given to the work with reserve managers, training reservists, the analysis of use of the personnel reserve. Presents The problems and suggestions on the formation and use of the personnel reserve in the civil service.
