Abstract
In this article we propose the implementation of a model of balanced scorecard (BSC). Applying the BSC at the municipal level gives an opportunity to transform the indicative indexes of Strategic Plan to the indexes of current plans for each individual municipal employee, as well as provide the feedback, considering also the interests of enterprises in the city.
