Abstract
The article considers the state of agricultural production and the ways of its development in order to ensure the national food security, building a comfortable environment in the eastern Russia. Special attention is paid to the analysis of priority areas for the further development of agriculture in the Russian Far East with existing unresolved problems in the agricultural sector, as well as possible risks of joining the World Trade Organization. The scenarios of development of agriculture in the Far East of Russia are offered.
