The article is devoted to the analysis of directions of cooperation of the Far East of Russia and the "dragons" of the Asian-Pacific region – China, Japan and Korea. The characteristic of integration projects of development of the energy and transport infrastructure is given. The role of antimonopoly services and the form of the international cooperation in the field of the regional competitive policy are revealed.

The first measures, which stimulate the development of the researches are the measures of support of the innovation development of Russia.

In this article various models of economic growth are analyzed. The problems which do not find the solution within the limits of each of directions in the theory of economic growth are allocated. The article describes the role of women-medical workers in the providing of medical assistance to wounded and injured soldiers at the front and in the rear during the Great Patriotic War and the re-training to medical specialties needed during the war. In this work the tendencies of modern drug-situation in the territory of the subjects of the Russian Federation in the Far-Eastern federal district under the conditions of specificity of the region and the district are analyzed.

Besides, the author emphasizes the legal regulations gaps of this social relationship sphere.

The article deals with the problems of private relations and publications of various elements constituting the legal regime of property. The article focuses on the differentiation of such categories as "elements in the law " and "elements of the object. Attempt to distinguish private and public elements undertaken in this paper allows us to take a new look at the possibility of legal regulation of property with a clear definition of limits of the public impact and private law.

In the given article the author, studying the legal regulation of divorce with participation of the foreign citizen taking into account the practice, shows the found out blanks of the domestic divorce legislation containing the conflict norms, and offers the ways of solution for the elimination of some blanks.

In the article the degree of participation of the bank capital in the guarantee of activity of the non-finance sector of economy of the Khabarovsk Territory is examined; it is established that the excess supply of capital on the financial market led to the reduction in the cost of adoption on it, however, this process was insufficiently elastic with respect to the needs of the economy, it contributed to the retention of high credit rates. The factors, which influence the forming of credit risks in the economy of the Khabarovsk Territory in the period from 2000 to 2010 are also determined.

In the article the condition of the housing sphere of the Far-Eastern village in the period of «developed socialism» is considered. The main attention is given to the politician authorities on its development and eliminating the multiple problems.

В статье дана характеристика социальных групп работающей молодежи, выделенных в соответствии с определенными критериями. Социальная мобильность работающей молодежи Хабаровского края проанализирована с помощью количественных показателей.

In the article the concept of activity of the youth, and also its basic components is considered. The levels of activity of the youth are allocated and their basic characteristics are presented. On the basis of the results of sociological research the characteristic of civic position of the youth as one of significant factors of its formation activity is given.

In this work some normative legal acts regulating the opposition to religious extremism in Russia are analyzed, according to which a conclusion can be made, that the present federal legislation in general has a full range of legal norms that allow one to oppose to religious-political extremism effectively. However these varieties of religious extremism, both inter-confessional and intra-confessional didn’t get a proper enumeration in the legislation so far.
