Abstract

In the article the history, the current state, the purposes on the future at the enterprises of the near abroad in the field of material stimulation is described. The basic forms of material stimulation of the labor potential under the conditions of market model of the economy are considered. The special attention is given to the current state directed to the use of new systems and methods in the management of the work recompense. The conclusion about application of those or other forms, methods and principles of recompense of the work depending on different stages of an economic maturity that allows to create essential influence on productivity of the work of Russian enterprises is made.
