The modern period of development of the Russian economy is characteristic consequences of financial and economic crisis and market conditions of managing in which the country has passed with refusal of planned administration. Three important interconnected problems in labor economics are given: salary; staff management; guarantee of pensions. The short analysis of problems shows on the necessity of development and carrying out of the agreed reform of two systems –salary and pension.

The author considered the main aspects of energy cooperation of Russia and China. He described the perspective forms for Russia of economic interaction with China in the energy sphere.

In this article the criteria of the innovative competence estimation and possible trajectories of the small innovative enterprises development are examined. Figures and factors influencing and forming the innovative competence of a small innovative firm are researched. The system of the key innovative competences giving an overall idea of the innovative competence and strategies of the small innovative firm’s growth is formed.

The chain of historic events that took place in Russia in 1917-1922 changed the political, economic and spiritual situation in the post-empire area. This period was characterized by the fighting of two interrelated tendencies (centrifugal and centripetal) in all spheres of the social life, including the sphere of providing military and border security. These tendencies could not but cause the appearance of new approaches to the forming of the RSFSR state border defense and the protection as well as of the other soviet republics on the territory of the former Russian Empire.

The article is devoted to the organization of protection of the state border on the Russian-Chinese sector in the first years after the defeat of the Kwantung army and the end of the II world war. The author analyzes the overall socio-economic situation in the Zabaikalsk border sector in that period and its influence on the border protection. The main directions of activity of the border guard troops of Zabaikal’e, including the filtration-investigatory work and the creation of checkpoints are revealed.

The article examines the key aspects of Chinese military policy aimed to counter the nuclear threat posed by the USA in the early years of the Republic of China. The article describes the regional particularities of crime in the places where the indigenous population of the Amur territory lives. It also describes the criminogenic factors that create the real or potential dangers of committing the crime, which, taken together, form the threats to the criminological security in the investigated territory.

Methodical approaches of reference of the enterprises to innovative type are considered, the specified system of criteria of the organization’s innovative level is offered, based on the results of investment poll. The results of approbation of an estimation of the organization’s innovative level on the basis of the offered system of criteria and mechanisms of reception of the information are resulted and given by the author.

The article presents the results of the long-term sociological research of the features of the students’ professional self-determination at the stage of getting higher pedagogical education while studying in the period of the third up to the fifth year. The author considers the questions concerning the students’ professional plans after graduating from the university, the attitudes of the students to the contents of the education they are getting in the process of moving up from one step of training to another; analyzes the factors influencing the professional self-determination of the students. On the basis of the received empirical material are suggested the ways of increasing the efficiency of professional self-determination of students in the Khabarovsk territory.

The article discusses the prospects for infrastructure development of the retail market of Khabarovsk. On the basis of statistical data analysis and the correlation-regression approach the estimation and the development prospects of the infrastructure of commodity market are given.

The research is conducted in a form of a multistage selection from the different social groups and residence groups in Saratov region, Volgograd region, Rostov region and Krasnodar region of the Russian Federation.
