Abstract
The article explains the problems of theory and law enforcement of the institute of bankruptcy with identification priority discharge (particularly transport charges (inflammable lubricants charges and the train or airplane charges), business trip charges, transportation of debtors documents for holding) and gives the advices about solving that problems.
