Following article describes the economic relations between financial and real sectors subject’s of the economy connecting with the formation of interindustrial proportions of the region's development.

In the article the development of the mechanism of cash-desk service of the regional budgets administration in Russian Federation and in the Khabarovsk territory is considered. The special attention is given to the analysis of variants of the cash-desk service of the regional budgets under the conditions of the budgetary process reform.

Совокупная факторная производительность является показателем уровня технического прогресса, характеристикой эффективности в экономике. Рассматривается ее изменение в пореформенный период с 1991 по 2009 гг. в экономике Хабаровского края, ДФО и РФ; снижение эффективности экономики Хабаровского края после 2003 г.; показывается связь с инвестиционной эффективностью региона.

The paper reveals the problems of building up and balanced development of the energy system of the Far East, including the energy system of the Republic of the Sakha (Yakutia) as the one of the big regions of the Russian Federation.

The sustainable development of the city economy assumes the dynamical development of small business that promotes the home market saturation with qualitative products and services as well as it is an additional source of the state and local budgets income; it does not only strengthen the competitiveness of business, allows to lower social tension and to increase self-employment, but, what is not less important, it provides new jobs.
