Abstract
That article urged to open the problems of realization of separate positions of the legislation about the state control, to open the real condition and prospects of development of the given branch of the legislation within the limits of realization of the norms of the Federal law from 12.26.2008 №294-FL «About protection of the rights of legal bodies and individual businessmen at the realization of the state control (supervision) and municipal control»
