Abstract

The article presents the results of the study of the Khabarovsk municipal community social capital, the norms of trust and existing tolerance of each other in the local community. The indices of social capital measurement are given and the way they are estimated is shown. The data provided might be of interest for the state officials and the self-government institutions.
