Abstract
In this article the role of internal audit in the management system of building company is shown. The structure of administrative submission, the management model of building organizations and the classification of peculiarities of internal audit in the construction are worked out. The SWOT-analysis for determination of the strategy in building organizations was conducted and the valuation of the key functions of management of the building organizations was given.
