In the article the basic condition of the concept of the steady development of the forest complex of the region to the prospect until 2050 is examined. The project and the cluster models of the forest sector are considered. The main economic, social and ecological directions of improvement management of the forest complex are shown.

The basic principles of analysis of the energy complex of the regions of the world, some countries with the theory of clustering and the method of self-organizing maps (SOM) are described in the article. The main stages of realization of the method of SOM, allowing to make the typology of objects – as the world's regions so across the countries, within the individual regions, based on the structural variables that reflect the energy complex quality of the object.

The results of the investment and construction activity predetermine the state of the regional economy and the stability of the socio-economic situation. The volume of investments made in fixed assets is a critical factor in forming of the immediate results of investment and construction activities. The study of dynamics and the structure of capital investments allows us evaluate the effectiveness of their utilization.

In this article the project of internal standard "Verification of accounting of incomes, charges, financial results and efficiency of activity" is offered, where general, basic concepts and determinations, aim, tasks and principles, are exposed. The terms of realization of the survey verification, procedures, proofs and normative documents, are offered in a standard, used for the forming of internal standard. The offered standard will allow define the optimal sizes of charges on the production of construction-works, to plan the real level of income for development of the building organization, to plan financial backlogs of the organization, prospects of its further development, increase an efficiency of building production.

The author discusses the resource’s potential of the Kamchatka territory, searches the supply and demand of the fish companies’ products on domestic and the foreign markets. General trends of the development trading between the Kamchatka territory and the APR countries, especially with Japan, are reveled.

В условиях спада объема пассажиропотока и старения материально-технической базы железнодорожного пригородного транспорта обострилась проблема использования пригородных участков на территории Хабаровского края и Еврейской АО. Комплексное исследование пригородных перевозок в рассматриваемых субъектах позволило наметить мероприятия по повышению доходности и снижению убыточности пригородных железнодорожных перевозок с учетом интересов как ОАО «РЖД» (коммерческий аспект), так и общества (социальный аспект).

Based on the results of research the number of measures to improve the social well-being of the "third age" is suggested.
