Abstract

Among the losses, incurred by the entrepreneurs under the market economic conditions, the greatest proportion of the losses are associated with the illegal interference (torts). Forming of the management methods by the tort risk of business provides an increase of efficiency of the primary activity due to the decrease of the total amount of losses.
