The article describes the state of foreign investment cooperation and the ways to create the favorable investment climate in the Russian Far East. The special attention is given to the analysis of the incoming investment flows in the economy of the federal district and to the analysis of the investment attractiveness rating system of the Far-Eastern regions.

The article reveals the potential of “The complex development of the Southern Yakutia” investment project and the prospectives that the project contributes to the regional development.

The basic intergovernmental and regional unions, into which Russia and the countries of the East and the South Asia enter, are examined. The role of these unions in the development of the energy collaboration of Russia and the countries of Asia is determined.

Under the economic and demographic crisis in Russia the migration of population is capable to be the indicator of its depth and one of the important processes, which effective regulation can contribute to the solution of the current economic and demographic problems of the country. This article discusses some aspects of the formation of HOAs and the models of evaluation of the effectiveness of the housing management. With the transition to the market economy the housing relations transformed. As a result of privatization of apartment ownership structure in the housing sector changed. In January 2011 more than 80% of the apartment is owned by citizens, including those in the apartment buildings. The change of the ownership structure in the housing sector requires new approaches to the management of residential and nonresidential real estate.

In the article the information about the nature of intra-family relations of the eastern Slavic population of the Far East is given. The influence of community and the church on the peasant family is examined. The characteristic of the big undivided and small families is given. The special features of male and female family responsibilities, given in the legislation are analyzed.

The article deals with the activities of state branch of the Far Eastern subjects of the Federation aimed at improving the social economic situation of the population in the Far East in 1991 – 1995.

The article is dedicated to the problems of the Soviet trade’s formation in the Far East in 1928 – 1934 years. The period of the fixed distribution of goods system existing on the territory of the Far East is analyzed.

According to the archival documents published and for the first time entered into a scientific turn the intelligence-subversive work of the Japanese consulate in Vladivostok in 1920th years in the Far East and the Soviet security officers activity on its counteraction is analyzed.

The paper is devoted to the development of the Soviet-Japanese cooperation in science in the post-war period. The critical analyses of Soviet-Japanese collaboration, given by the authors, reveals the obstacles and gaps on the way of it’s development. The authors came to the conclusion that during the above-mentioned period the basis for the efficient activity in research cooperation was formed.

In the article the problem of formation and development of the system of native people’s governance in Siberia is considered in the period of Russian Empire. It is considered on the example of Buryats.

The initiative of the creation of student teams, which did not leave into the distant regions of the country, but organized the work on an improvement of the exterior view of the cities, appeared long ago sufficiently, and its history takes from the Soviet student working troops. The part of the participants of the motion of SSO the so-called “third working semester” was dedicated to the improvement of those cities, in which the educational institutions were located, which formed the troops.

The article deals with the trends and principles of transformation of the regional elites in the post-Soviet years. The characteristic of different groups of elites is given, hierarchy of the elite groups and their function concerning the population of the region is defined.

In the article the results of simulation of the processes of forming of the labor resources of the Khabarovsk territory on the basis of application of the procedure of the regression simulation of the construction of evaluated models, which characterize the influence of the social and economic factors on an increase in the labor resources due to the natural population change, are represented. As a result of the study it is revealed, that a natural increase in the labor resources depends on the action of complex of the social and economic factors, which include the standard of living of population, ecological situation, medical support, education, the level of criminality.

In the article the author considers the category of health as one of the most important factors in the process of reproduction of human capital, gives the definition of the category "Health ", reveals the role of the Institute of Health, as the main source of regeneration and improving of the quality of human capital.

This article touches the problem of interpretation of the anthropophagy phenomenon in its connection with the food behavior and myth-ritual in the practice of Nanaians. The role of the cannibal image in regulation of social sphere and its role in formation of concept «Another» is shown in the article.

In the article some theoretical and empirical approaches to the sociological research of the civic position of the youth are presented. On the basis of the results of sociological research the conclusions about the presence and features of the civic position of the youth living in the Khabarovsk territory are made.

The article deals with the public opinion on religions organization in the Far East. Besides it gives the comparative analysis of the attitude of population to the church and various sects. The author pays special attention to the public opinion on duties performed by different religions organization.

In the publication the theoretical and practical problems of the right and morals in connection with to the contemporary development stage of the Russian society, the modernization of economy, political and judicial system are studied.

In the article the problems and the prospects of organizing the prosecutor supervision of the operational search activity, the use of its results in the most complex category of the criminal cases - about the inevident crimes against the personality are discussed.

The article contains the explanation of draft bill of the department of economical development «About the rehabilitation procedures, used toward the citizen-debtor» in the part of financing activity of administrator by the realization of the institute of bankruptcy of individuals and gives the guidelines about effective realization of the institute.

The basic characteristics of hired workers and the aspects of social differentiation of the given group in the social space are considered. In the article the importance of studying of the labor life of hired workers for the improvement of the quality of life of the working population, for carrying out of the effective social policy at all levels of the management is underlined.
