Migration as the factor of development and use of the working potential of the region

Abstract

Under the economic and demographic crisis in Russia the migration of population is capable to be the indicator of its depth and one of the important processes, which effective regulation can contribute to the solution of the current economic and demographic problems of the country. With the development of the neighbor foreign lands Russia became the third (after the USA and Germany) world center of immigration. One of the basic problems of the arrangement of forced migrants and the use of foreign workers in Russia – the weak controllability of migratory processes at the federal level, which causes the need of producing the united migratory policy within the framework of the country.
