The content of the concept of sustainable forestry development company, which is based on the paradigm of sustainable development, sustainability category, the essence of factors and conditions of development. Elements of the concept of sustainable development principles act of the company; multidimensional model sustainability company as an integrative socio-ecological-economic development, including subordination invulnerability, anti-fragile and sustainability triad of sustainable development strategies of the company and a hierarchy of factors; criteria and indicators and the model of balanced scorecard. In doing so, the authors emphasize that the paradigm of sustainable development should be based on the ideas of noosphere and coevolution strategy. Basic properties and principles of sustainable development as a basis for their refractive index to the enterprise level are determined. Triad strategies of development of the enterprise are represented by the social, environmental and economic policies. In addition to the sustainability of the enterprise, which is regarded as the integrative sustainability or sustainable development, is sponsored by the types of sustainability should be primed to invulnerability, and sustainability. Shows a general view of the system of criteria and indicators, formulated the principles of their selection, indicated by the algorithm of the balanced scorecard.

The article deals with the balanced scorecard as a strategic management tool of the forestry company that best matches the principles of sustainable development, or adaptive management. Based on the analysis of the approaches to the construction of balanced scorecard the model of balanced scorecard in the forestry company to the author’s stratum socio-ecological-economic is made. Feature of the proposed model is within the projections of balanced scorecard in the social, economic and ecological forestry striations, which include the appropriate indicators. Specified division fully conforms to the principles and purposes of adaptive forest management. Selecting indicators are the principles and shows the algorithm of stratum balanced scorecard model and integrated evaluation of level of sustainable, adaptive development of the company.

The article analyzes the main tendencies of development of forest complex of the Khabarovsk Territory and the activities of forestry companies in the context of sustainable development. Based on the statistical data the author consider economic, ecological and social projection of sustainable development of the forest complex. In the course of the analysis revealed that the development of forest complex of the Khabarovsk Territory is unstable. Despite the fact that government implemented priority investment projects of the processing harvested timber, created areas of advancing socio-economic development the economic condition of the forestry companies and the forestry industry remains extremely difficult. There are many problems corresponding to the extensive growth of the timber industry of multiwood region than for the sustainable development. All of this should be consider when public authorities of the regions designing policies for sustainable development of the forest complex and forestry companies, the development of the strategy and objectives of the forest complex.

The concept of sustainable development of economic agents is one of the most developing areas of economic researches. Primarily it due to the failure of economic agents on the orientation on economic growth and the extension of the idea of balanced social, ecological and economic development. The article discusses methodical the bases of strategic management of sustainable development of forestry companies. The author proves the necessity of the use of methods of strategic management of sustainable development of the company. As method of strategic management, which most correspond to the principles of sustainable development, author highlights Balanced Scorecard. The article analyzes the factors of influencing the sustainable development of the company, which shall be accounted for when developing a balanced scorecard. The author analyzes of approaches to building a balanced scorecard and propose model of balanced scorecard of forestry company. Also the author offers technique for conducting a comprehensive assessment of sustainable development of forestry company on the basis of the method of analysis of the hierarchy.
