The Article is dedicated to analysis of the problem coping behaviours to personalities. On length of the lifes of the person faces with situation, which subjective are outlived as difficult and breaking accustomed move to vital activity. The collision with difficult life situation starts the mechanisms coping behaviours, which is considered as the individual way of the interaction with situation in accordance with her(its) logic, value in lifes of the person, his(its) psychological possibility. In given article are presented material of the empirical study of specifics coping behaviours student high school. Happen to the results of the study coping -strategy and mechanism of psychological protection to personalities, are shown differences in specifics coping behaviours student with high and low level of the examination stress. On base result studies are chosen models coping behaviours student at examination period.

This article deals with the theoretical and methodological approaches to the study of social and psychological states of elderly people as their social determinants of health. The author's position based on the results of sociological and psychological studies of the older people’s state of the Khabarovsk territory.

The results of researches of special features of the value-motivational structure of personality of 97 civil agent on the methodic of I.G. Senin “Father” (terminal values) are represented; it is shown that prevailing are the own prestige, material welfare, the motivation of self-development, the tendency toward reaching of the concrete and perceptible results; the low motivation of reaching is noted by 30% of interrogated and only 64% of interrogated employees consider the problems of society as those meant for themselves. By 98% of those interrogated the sufficiently harmonious value-motivational structure of personality is noted. Obtained data are of interest for the cadre services during selection and estimation of the enlisted potential of civil agents.
