Методы оценки целесообразности введения нового регулирования в рамках института оценки регулирую-щего воздействия

Abstract

In order to improve the conditions of business and invest-ment, special attention is now being paid to the instruments of interaction between the power and business structures. So, the consequences of introducing new regulation in business and in-vestment, determined in the normative legal acts, are considered in accordance with the requirements of the regulatory impact assessment institution - a set of methods and procedures aimed at identifying problems and the required regulatory result. The article explores the ways to organize a quantitative analysis con-ducted within the framework of the assessment of regulatory im-pact at both the federal and regional levels, as well as practical experience in applying the methodology for assessing the bene-fits and standard costs of business and investment entities in the Khabarovsk territory. The directions of improvement of the above method in the province are presented.
