Evaluation of regulatory impact as an instrument of state regula-tion of entrepreneurial activity in the Far East

Abstract

Currently, in all countries of the world, the conditions of economic management are determined by law. In order to en-sure the maximum possible comfort conditions, the issues of sub-stantive regulation of these documents are relevant. The high quality of state regulation is a key task of administrative reforms and is of great importance for the functioning of both society and the economy. One of the methods of state-impact regulation at the moment is the assessment of regulatory impact, which aims to determine the possible positive and negative consequences of the adoption of the draft act. The assessment of the regulatory impact is aimed at improving the effectiveness of public policies affecting the general population and is used to predict the subse-quent behavior of economic operators. Within the framework of this article, key features of the implementation of ODS in the Khabarovsk territory are considered.
