Tendencies of development of the public service: method of the road mapping

Abstract

The article is devoted to the topical issues of development of the public civil service and based on the analysis of the dynamics of planning of development of the public civil service of the Russian Federation for the forthcoming period. The author analyzes the drafts of regulations about the main directions of development of the public civil service and the plan of measures on their realization for 2016 – 2018 and 2015 – 2018, focusing attention on the new introduction and technologization of substantial and institutional transformations.
