Abstract

In this article during the examination of theoretical aspects of motivation and patterns of K.B. Madsen, A. Maslov, McClelland, F. Herzberg, B. Vroom, L. Porter and E. Lawler, K. Alderfer, D. McGregor, George C., Homans the transformation of the impact of incentives on the labor positions is reflected. The model of V.I. Gerchikov linking the labor employee behavior – active, constructive, passive or destructive, with the type of motivation – to the "achievement" or "avoidance" is presented.
