The article is devoted to the problems and priorities of the Trans-Baikal region. The purpose of the study is to study the current state of the socio-political sphere of the Trans-Baikal region and show its important place in the Far East. To achieve this goal, the following tasks were solved:1. To reveal the features of the socio-political situation in the Trans-Baikal Territory. 2.
