Abstract
The author considers it necessary to specify the concepts, which do not have exact legislative registration. It is affirmed in the article that the proofs are the unity of information and procedural sources on the base of which it is suggested to file amendments to the article 74 of the Criminal Procedural Code of the Russian Federation.
