Russia-China cooperation: challenges, priorities, prospects

Abstract

ISustainability and the positive development of Russia’s and China’s economies have a special importance for the trade and economic rela-tions and are vital for the planning of the mid-term and long- term co-operation strategies. Russia and PRC have an immense potential of the bilateral investment cooperation both in large projects and in small-/mid-size entrepreneurship in various industries.; The inter-regional cooperation between Russia and China is gradu-ally becoming one of the most efficient cooperation mechanisms. An important aspect in cooperation is the development of the regulatory framework, in particular, in signing the inter-regional framework agreements in trade, economy, R&D and culture.
