The role of financial literacy in the development of formation of the socio-economic potential of human capital

Abstract

The article discusses financial literacy, its role in the development and formation of human capital, types and handicap programs implementing the objectives of financial literacy, including through the implementation of the project "enhancing financial literacy and developing financial education in the Russian Federation" implemented by the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation jointly with the world Bank.
