Complicated cases of making linguistic expertise in proceedings under the Article 152 of the Civil Code of Russian Federation "Defense of honor, dignity and business reputation"

Abstract

The article considers the difficulties of linguistic expertise of controversial texts in the proceedings on defense of honor, dignity and business reputation. The practicing author reveals the basic directions of work of the expert linguist on the Article 152 of the Civil Code of Russian Federation. The article analyzes different forms and methods of linguistic expertise of texts: (lexical-semantic analysis, and others.). The author analyzes the most typical mistakes while carrying out this type of expertise on the Article 152 of the Civil Code of Russian Federation and points out different ways of excluding these errors.
