Problems, demanding the priority solution in the housing sphere (on the example of the Far-Eastern federal district)

Abstract

The research of separate aspects of realization of the state policy in the housing-and-municipal sphere is conducted. The research of activity of the government bodies of the power and a role of the public in the housing and communal services in the Far East is very actually and deserves close attention. The subject devoted to the state policy in the housing sphere in Russia is caused by that the poor quality of housing-and-municipal services, and also lack of the effective control system designated serious shortcomings in the system of management of the apartment houses. The author of this article draws a conclusion that the active participation of the public in realization of the state policy in the housing-and-municipal sphere will give acceleration in the reforming of control system of the apartment houses that will cause an improvement of the quality of maintenance of the houses, and also the living conditions in general.
