Tendencies of changes of the social qualities of the Russian Far-Easterners

Abstract

Strategic documents of development of the Far-Eastern territories of Russia provided the deep social and economic transformations. The expected positive effect from them can be reached only by the careful study of the content of the strategy. The central place here belongs to the character’s determination of the sociality, in total with the economic factor determining the main reference points of the transformations conceived for the next decades. Sociality, in a broad sense of this concept, is supposed to act as a basic (key) element in formation of the population, its new structures providing stability and dynamism of the solution of the purposes and tasks provided by transformations. The central place in promotion of the incentives on the involvement of immigrants to the Far-Eastern territories, achievement of the quality of life, worthy for the Far-Easterners and their involvement in the processes of active improvement of the conditions of activity is given to the sociality. More detailed characteristic of these questions requires their independent consideration.
