Abstract

Article is devoted to the theme of applications of citizens in local government and reflects the main points made by Russian President Vladimir Putin in his annual address to the Federal Assembly in 2013 on local government issues. In this article an example of Khabarovsk Krai municipalities analyze and summarize the progress of the Federal Law "On the order of consideration of citizens of the Russian Federation" in 2007-2012 . Author of suggestions aimed at improving the effectiveness of citizens' Institute in the municipalities of Khabarovsk Krai.
