Abstract
The formation and realization of investment in innovation with the aim of in-creasing the competitiveness and sustainable growth of the industrial complex takes place in the framework of the national innovation system. An essential condition for the effective development of the investment and innovation system is the assessment and analysis of available experience of the leading countries with regard to the global perspectives on the market.
