Methodical approaches to an evaluation of efficiency of the development scenarios of the Sakhalin region

Abstract

In this article the main problems of socioeconomic development of the Sak-halin region are considered, the evaluation of possibility of creation of the territory with a specific mode of managing is made, conceptual directions of its functioning are formulated, scenarios of perspective development are proved and counted, com-parative estimates of their efficiency from the point of view of the solution of geostrategic tasks in the Far East are carried out.
