Electronic government and the ethno-cultural originality in Japan.

Abstract

In this article the stages and problems of the access of citizens to the direct participation in the government work on the Internet are considered, otherwise, it is a question about so-called "electronic democracy". The Internet here acts as a platform for communication and exchange of information on which the cycles of civil interactions are repeated. Similar civil interactions received the formalization in the work of Japanese researcher A.Orita.
