Some factors influencing commission by medics of crimes in the sphere of the health care

Abstract

The author shows merits and demerits of the legislative norms directed on the prevention of emergence of the crime in medical institutions. The author pays special attention to the criminological problems under the conditions of development of the criminal law of the Russian Federation, and also shows the ways and the ways of improvement of the criminal legislation, directed on prevention of commission of the penal acts in the sphere of medical activity.
