Abstract

The article analyzes value-motivational determinants of municipal employees. On the basis of theoretical and empirical research the value-motivational preferences with the content and result of activity of municipal employees of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) are determined. Recommendations which can be used for the work improvement with the personnel of municipal management are offered and the regional specifics are taking into account.
