Evolution of approaches to the state regulation of the energy sector.

Abstract

In this article the evolution of approaches to the policy of regulation of the energy sector depending on the change of general scientific paradigms and as a part of economic models of the western civilization is analyzed. The major factors having paramount impact on the formation of priorities of the state policy of regulation of the energy sector are defined.
