Abstract
The article examines a number of historical aspects related to the activities of the Khabarovsk Higher Party School. Based on the decision of the Statutory Commission of the All-Union Communist Party (Bolsheviks) dated June 10, 1944 a one-year party school was created based on the regional party courses to train and retrain party and soviet activists. In 1956 the educational institution was transformed into the Khabarovsk Interregional Party School with a four-year study period, providing higher party-political education, and in 1958 it was renamed the Khabarovsk Higher Party School. Here, new areas of training for students were defi laboratories were created, and teaching and methodological work was largely improved. The interaction between the administration, party and labor union committees had special signifi in the School. Graduates of the Khabarovsk Higher Party School successfully worked in district and state structures, as well as teachers at the universities. From November 1990, the educational institution entered a diffi period of organizational transformations.
