Abstract
The purpose of this scientifi article is to determine the level, problems, directions of digitalization of the construction industry of the Primorsk region in the modern economic conditions. Within the framework of writing this research article, such scientifi methods as analysis, synthesis, comparison, methods of statistical analysis, monographic method were used. The main results and indicators of development of the construction sector of the Primorsk region are analyzed, development trends are highlighted. The assessment of the level of use of digital technologies in the construction sector of the Primorsk region is given. The problems, risks and challenges in the fi of digital transformation of the construction industry of the Primorsk region are summarized and systematized. The tasks, projects and expected results in the fi of digitalization ofthe construction industry in the Primorsk region are shown. The obtained research results can be used by the regional authorities in the fi of planning and forecasting of socio- economic policy of the region; construction companies of the region, in the fi of planning operational activities in the medium term; potential investors and homeowners who plan to purchase real estate.
