The ways of commission of fraud when receiving the means of maternity capital

Abstract

One of the directions of criminalistic science is the establishment and studying of the ways of commission of concrete crimes. In this article the main approaches to understanding of a way of crimes commission are considered and the concept of a way of commission of fraud when receiving the means of maternity capital is offered. Besides, the author offered classification of the ways of commission of fraud when receiving the means of maternity capital, depending on the structure of persons who are taking part in commission of these crimes, their characteristics, examples of judicial and investigative practice are also given. The author drew a conclusion on the value of knowledge of the ways of commission of these crimes, on the characteristic of every way for the development of means, ways and methods of their disclosure and investigation.
