Public-private partnerships as an effective instrument for the implementation of projects in the construction of roads

Abstract

The article discusses the theoretical aspects of the implementation of infrastructure projects through the use of public-private partnerships. The basic problems that restrict the use of this tool in the modern economic practice are showed. The comparative characteristic indicators of the quality and quantity of roads of the Far East in comparison with other federal districts of the Russian Federation is given.
