State structure activity of social population support of the southern regions of the Far East in the first part of the 1990th

Abstract

The article discusses social and economic situation in the South of the Far East in the first part of the 1990th, reasons of the far easterners’ reduction. Measures concerning the social stress stabilization of the region are indicated.
