In this article the youth analysis as the object of constitutional and legal regulation is given. In particular, the questions of application of the main criteria for the concept "youth" definition are discussed. Positions of the scientists, the Russian legislator are given, and the international experiment is shown. The author concept "youth" definition from the point of view of the constitutional and legal regulation is offered.
