In the article considered the problem of forming and standing new marriage legislation in Soviet Russia and it's influence on increasing in the number of marriages and divorces on the Far East. Besides considered forming in 1920th foundations of soviet marriage politics, peculiarity of realization of new marriage legislation on the Far East.
