In this article the issues of protection’s intellectual property according to the new Customs legislation are considered. There are suggestions for improving new Customs legislation in a sphere of intellectual property’s protection.

The article considers the issues of preventing of administrative offences (delicts) and the decreasing of committed administrative offences in the sphere of public order. The author makes a conclusion that it is necessary to develop the programs for minimizing of an administrative delinquency.
