The article deals with the changes of social well-being of the military personnel dismissed from military service under the contract. Based on results of the research the number of measures to improve the social well-being of military personnel dismissed from the military service under the contract is offered. The analysis of results of the opinion poll dedicated to this thematic is also carried out.
