Activity of the institutes of development which is directed on stimulation of the processes of modernization of economy, including with the use of mechanisms of the state-private partnership is considered. Thus the development institutes are aimed to carry out the work mainly with the regional controls.
In the article the practice of realization of the state-private partnership abroad is considered, it is shown that the partnership of the state and business starts to play special and increasing role in the branches of industrial infrastructure which are making the basis of the life-support systems of economy and society and traditionally are in the state administration.
