The research is conducted in a form of a multistage selection from the different social groups and residence groups in Saratov region, Volgograd region, Rostov region and Krasnodar region of the Russian Federation. Positive features have been detected in the question of the youth development: the health culture level is grown, an education and professional qualification value is increased, an income level is increased due to the employment stabilization in the main production brunches.
