In this article the questions of efficiency of municipal administrative activity, the conditions necessary for its successful functioning are considered. The author analyzes from the point of view of the complex approach complexity and diversity of mechanisms of administrative activity which define its productivity taking into account the decision of the primary goals of creation of optimum organizational, information, methodical conditions for administrative activity.
