In this article the author deals with one of the most pressing problems in the study of global processes of modernity - the analysis of the nature of the phenomenon of global administration in terms of forming multisided structure of the world.
In the present article on the basis of philosophical methodology the author considers the essence of globalization, supporting on the category of conscious and spontaneous beginning of the international interaction. In many respects it is caused by that the science should give today adequate representation about borders of controllability of world architecture, about contours of the future development of the world system. It is necessary to estimate socio-historical conditions of interaction of the basic actors of globalization and, finally, to form the scientific-theoretical base of the post crisis development of the world system.
