The article reveals the main aspects of trade and economic cooperation between Russia and China, contains an analysis of the dynamics of trade and commodity structure of bilateral trade. Contains an analysis of the dynamics of trade and economic relations of the Amur region with China.

The authors discuss the main problems in functioning of the fish industry of the region. They give special attention to the economic conditions of development of the fish industry. The authors offer the measures, which could help to get out of crisis in this branch.

The theoretical questions throwing light upon the factors and conditions which have an influence on tourism’s steady development and the principals regulating tourism in the Russian Federation and other regions are observed in the article. There is an analysis and characteristics of the potential of the Jewish Autonomous region’s territories for definition touristic business’s directions.

The sustainable development of the city economy assumes the dynamical development of small business that promotes the home market saturation with qualitative products and services as well as it is an additional source of the state and local budgets income; it does not only strengthen the competitiveness of business, allows to lower social tension and to increase self-employment, but, what is not less important, it provides new jobs.

The article highlights some aspects of the international experience of the cross-border development in the conditions of liberalization of national trading treatments according to the WTO right. The special attention is paid to the organizational and administrative techniques as well as to the possibility of the implementation of the international cross-border management in the frontier regions of the Russian Federations.
